Wave Rock

Wave Rock is a stunning natural rock formation located near Hyden in Western Australia’s Wheatbelt. Shaped like a giant ocean wave frozen in motion, this 15-metre-high and 110-metre-long granite cliff was formed over 2.7 billion years through erosion and weathering. The site is rich in Aboriginal heritage, with nearby Mulka’s Cave featuring ancient rock art. It’s a photographer’s dream and a fascinating geological wonder.
